Seattle - Uber vs Shuttle

Hello,

I know this question gets asked a lot but I'm looking for specific experiences and prices.

 

Myself, DH and my mother will be flying into Seattle and need to get to our hote on 5th Ave (Space Needle/Queen Ann area) on a Friday mid-day. Followed by getting to pier 91 the following Saturday morning. And get from the pier 91 to the airport the next Saturday morning (1230pm flight)

 

the popular shuttle mentioned on these boards does not pick up at our hotel and the sales rep recommended a different company which is priced as

-group shuttle $151 total

-SUV $244 total

 

Would Uber be cheaper?

 

The group shuttle worries me as waiting on others has never been easy for me, which is why I dislike the Princess transfers.

 

Any other car services recommended? Three adults with luggage would need an SUV

An UberXL (SUV) would cost around $30 from the hotel to the cruise terminal, and around $80 - $90 from Pier 91 to the airport.
