swalton85 Posted October 14, 2016 #1 Share Posted October 14, 2016 Does anyone know if the Serenity area on the Freedom has a bar in it? Also, how is it up there so high up in the fwd part of the ship? Thanks!
AdGuyMG Posted October 14, 2016 #2 Share Posted October 14, 2016 There is definitely a bar inside the Serenity area. There is plexiglass around the area and in front of the hot tubs to prevent windiness at the forward part of the Serenity. This video is from the Liberty but it's the same thing:
robin13 Posted October 14, 2016 #3 Share Posted October 14, 2016 If you are talking about the Serenity pool then yes there is a bar as that is where I ordered my Bloody Mary's every morning while I laid by the pool.
jobella418 Posted October 15, 2016 #4 Share Posted October 15, 2016 Yes there is a bar they had the same area on Miracle when we sailed in July. We checked it out the first day and it was nice except they didn't have any music. You have half the group that wants peace and quiet and the other half wanting more adult fun. The peace and quite group won out. There were a few guys that tried to liven up the area but the mood in the area was very boring. The Pool is very small and seemed to be extremely dirty all the time and there was no way you were getting in the hot tub. Once people planted themselves there, they were there all day. We found the pool area closest to the spa to be the best on that trip. They did have an adult only party on the Serenity deck one night that was nice. The Miracle and Freedom are different classes of ships. Their Serenity areas are completely different and in totally different locations (Miracle is aft with a pool/bar/hot tub) while Freedom is fwd with only 2 hot tubs and it is situated over 2 decks.
