Got gold status and have questions?

My DH and I just became gold latitudes members, but I am wondering how and what are the new perks and how to get it.

1.Priority Tender Tickets?

2.Priority Disembarkation?

3. Welcome gift?

Congratulations on reaching Gold! You don't have to do anything to get these perks. The welcome gift (small box of Godiva chocolates) and your priority disembarkation luggage tags should be waiting for you in your cabin when you arrive.

 

They used to have priority tender tickets but I think now you can just show your keycard with your status on it. I haven't tendered in a long time, so someone else can explain this better.

On our recent cruise on the BA the "welcome gift" was not in the room when we arrived - but there was a letter stating that it would be delivered prior to turn down service the first night.

 

Also the letter mentioned the priority disembarkation - but the luggage tags were not delivered to the room we had to go to the Latitudes Desk to request.

 

For the last time we tendered (in April) we just received a letter to meet in a certain location at a specific time and were escorted to the tender - never needed a "ticket"
