Anyone know why Carlo's name is not on the bake shop anymore?

All that is really known is they did not renew their contract as of May 2016.

NCL did not renew its contract with "Buddy". The bake shop continues to sell some cakes, macarons, and pralines. And the gelato shop is still there. In the same way that NCL did not renew its contract with Geoffrey Zakarian for Ocean Blue last year. Or Nickelodeon last year.

Just got off the Getaway. I was disappointed it was no longer Carlo's Bakery, but the cupcakes they sell at The Bake Shop were good.
