According to their facebook post it was to do with bad weather. It was asking passengers to delay their arrival time by about two hours.

Good morning, for those guests travelling on Oceana's Iberian cruise E623 departing Southampton tomorrow, Oceana's arrival in Southampton will be slightly delayed as a result of bad weather. If you are coming down independently please plan to arrive two hours later than your stated arrival time, if you are traveling down by coach your departure time will not be affected. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and would like to assure all guests that Oceana's onward itinerary will not be affected, we hope you have a wonderful cruise with us.
