Price Haggling Yes or No?

I'm not sure if cruise port vendors/shops will haggle. Prices are set based on what market will bear (ie, what cruisers are willing to pay) and lease rentals for the shops. Other places along the strip may haggle for certain things like more than one lounger or inclusion of water toys, but no shops or kiosks there. Taxis are zoned but many drivers will work with you for lower fares if you are doing a "tour" with them.
