Anybody done the Southeast Caribbean?

My husband and I are set for the Nov. 27 sailing on the Mediterranea. Has anyone done this itinerary before? Only 3 ports- St Maarten, Tortola and Nassau. I've been to Nassau a hundred times so I'm not too curious about that unless someone has some fantastic info. But I am interested in St Maarten and Tortola and what's to do.

 

Also - anyone sailed in an S category suite? How are they compared to the regular veranda rooms?
