Anyone use them? We are in Tortolla this March and want to take a private trip to Jost van Dyke.

They are out of Cruz Bay, St John and have excursions from STJ to the BVI.

Have you personally used that one? If so how was it?

We have not so I can't comment on them but have read good reviews. With a private excursion and enough time in port you can actually enjoy White Bay, Great Harbor, Sandy Spit, and stop by the B Line on Little Jost. Or from White Bay head to the Willie T or Pirates Bight.

 

Joe at Patouche also offers private excursions on his powerboat, we've not tried that either as we just ferry to the other islands or take daysails when staying on Tortola.

 

You can also ask folks who spend more time on Tortola on the BVI forum on TTOL for recommendations on private operators. There's another out of Nanny Cay but the name escapes me.
