New Years on a cruise

We board the Jewel tomorrow. Has anyone been on a New Year Eve cruise and if so, does the ship pass out hats, horns, tiaras or any celebratory items? Trying to decide what to take.

Also if you've been on the Jewel, any tips? Is there one bar or venue that is more fun than others/
