Here is the compass from the 1-22-17 cruise. It hit Roatan, Belize, and Cozumel.

Odd. I always seem to have issues sharing files through my google drive.

The file is too large for for attaching directly.

Please try from here: http://myamazing.cooking/thechefslc/liberty-compass-01-22-2017.pdf

I did not get any of that information and the only day we missed in the dining room was the night of roatan since we had a big/late lunch and the kids needed a nap.

As for specialty dining, I booked chops and giovani's and canceled them both since we befriended our MDR server and chef. By doing this, we were given special food every night as well as our ordered food. It was awesome to have some "generic" type food from the chef's local area. I know most of what we had was a way for them to utilize some of the left overs from the night before, but it tasted great and was the hit of our table and the group we shared with next to us.

The lobster night was on the Belize night and we also received filipino adobo and filipino fried chicken. These were better received than the lobster and tasted great.
