Majesty room 804 question

Sorry to ask, but DH and I are going on a first cruise and booked room 804. It is a superior oceanview stateroom with two lower beds and third and fourth person occupancy available. Does anyone know if these beds can be pushed together to make a queen? I appreciate it!
