CruisingAlicia Posted January 16, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 16, 2017 My boyfriend and I will be in Bonaire on May 29, 2017. I'm looking for snorkeling tips for any excursions. We have never been to Bonaire but want to have an active trip. Or any ideas for fun things to do. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you. bup1224 Posted January 16, 2017 #2 Share Posted January 16, 2017 We booked with Woodwind this past September and had a fabulous time. Have you looked at other posts and on the other ports of call forums that you have posted this question on? bup1224 Posted January 16, 2017 #4 Share Posted January 16, 2017 per the rules can't post a website but "Woodwind Bonaire" (all one word) dot com. Bonaire will have the best snorkeling out of Aruba (I wouldn't snorkel there again) and Curacao. bup1224 Posted January 16, 2017 #6 Share Posted January 16, 2017 Actually Curacao is our favorite island! I responded to your post on the Curacao forum. IMO the snorkeling was not good in Aruba (Palm Beach area). Way more to see in Bonaire and Curacao Sent from my SM-G920V using Forums mobile app
RoadTripFanatic Posted January 19, 2017 #7 Share Posted January 19, 2017 We actually rented a car for the day in Bonaire and went to various snorkel sites on our own. We own our own snorkel gear and had a great day!
Cruise Girl Forever Posted January 22, 2017 #8 Share Posted January 22, 2017 Do you have a link for Woodwind? I haven't really looked at other forums. I'm new here just learning about everything. Thank you. Just ask your questions. You will hear google it (my favorite) or check the forums. Both have nothing to do with your question. lol I have cruised a lot, but have not been to the ABC islands. So I am looking for the same information as well. I will be leaving before you, so if I find something great I will post it here for you to review.

WisCruiser2 Posted February 2, 2017 #10 Share Posted February 2, 2017 We did an snorkel trip with Woodwind a couple weeks ago -- best snorkeling we have ever done! They took 18 of us on a catamaran to Klein Bonaire, the small island a 1/2-mile or so from the port. We were in groups of 6 to snorkel and saw all kinds of coral, fish, & a turtle! The guides were great.
