8 Day Freedom of the Sea's Formal Night / Lobster Night

Hi Cruise Critic! I am going on Freedom of the Seas for 8 days, eastern carribean itinerary. I was wondering which days the formal nights / lobster nights are so that way I can book the specialty restaurants around those nights accordingly. Also, are there any extra tips that we should know before going on a Freedom class ship for the first time?

When I was on the Freedom OTS this past Nov. for the 8 day S. itinerary, lobster night was held on the 2nd formal night. Be advised that on our cruise the lobsters were the small warm water variety, so you may want to order a couple of them with extra butter.
