Our letter states we would receive our prorated one day refund back to our cc. The letter was dated the 16th and said to expect it with in 3 weeks. If you have had this type of refund, how long did it take? We had two cabins, interior and balcony and the interior was refunded over a week ago but still nothing on the balcony. My Dad's interior was also refunded. Of course you can't get anyone at Carnival to help you with looking it up. :( We have a few other Spa refunds, double charged, that they said will take up to 5 weeks? StudioMom Posted February 19, 2017 #3 Share Posted February 19, 2017 I used carnival gift cards to pay for all but the $99 deposit. The deposit was refunded, but I haven't seen anything else. I called before we left port and the lady with carnival said that they would mail out a new gift card for the rest.... nothing yet...
