Has anyone used National Towncar Services in Seattle?

Looking to get 2 wheelchair users and 2-4 others from Hampton Inn SeaTac/28th Ave to Pier 66 (and later to the airport when cruise is over). This is the agency that hotel normally calls for accessible transfers. I talked to the 2 shuttle companies; one said they don't have anything that will accommodate 4+ people, the other costs half again as much pp.

 

If you have experience with them, good or bad, I'd love to hear about it.

I don't know whether it is good or bad that apparently no one else has used them. :confused:
