Norwegian lowering price of bottled water

Just wondering how much a single bottle of water is on the Star to compare how many bottles I think I'll drink to the cost of the water packages.

Don't know about the Star specifically, but on the Dawn, a single bottle is billed at $6.49. You're probably better off purchasing a 6-pack or larger package if you'll consume more than three bottles, although that price is still painful.

I think the water tastes great, personally. I usually just bring a water bottle with me and fill it up in the room or at a bar. Best part is they will add ice for you - perfect for a hot day! Bottled water can't beat that!

The water from the sink in your perfectly fine to drink. Your steward will fill your ice bucket daily... you can also get water from the buffet if you prefer that. No need to buy bottled water.

I concur, ship water is good, from the restaurants anyhow. When I see frequent backed up plumbing issues and leaks around the cabin area, I have to question the water integrity in the cabin. That said, it's not like the whole ship has ever become sick because of the ship water, right?
