Spa Treatments on Mediterranea?

Has anyone indulged in any of the spa treatments on the Mediterranea? Any pricing brochures by any chance? or happen to remember which day is the discount day at the spa? We are thinking about a couples massage either on the ship or on St. Maarten or Tortola. My new hubby and I would appreciate any information.

Hello we have just come back from Costa Magica, and I think the spa treatment would be about the same prices on all Costa Boats. My husband and I thought we would like to take advantange of the spa treatments for a massage or facial and after seeing the prices we decided not to (each to there own of course) the massage which I think was 40 mins was 90euro and that was about the cheapest treatment. Though when the boat has docked they do offer a discounted price. Also on our welcome talk they gave us a form for the spa to fill in, and if you drop it off at the spa you go into the draw for a free treatment. Which we didn't win but they then offered us a discount, small but still a discount. We meet 2 really nice ladys on board and they used the spa a few times and they said it was great. In the today newpaper you get on board they also offer specials for the day. Hope this helps Zeby

Hi, are you on the 11/27 sailing on the Mediterranea? If so we are also, we are coming from So. California. We don't have a suite though, could only afford the 5th floor balcony with what looks like an "partially obsturcted" view ?? WE requested early seating but I guess for the price we got the cruise for we have to settle for 2nd seating and was put on a waiting list for early seating. I am now looking at the side excursions.. My email address is mhoney1364@adelphia.net I know I only have 3 more WORK days until we go!!

Yep, we are on the 11/27 Mediterranea sailing from Ft. Lauderdale!! We are on our honeymoon so we splurged for something a little more than we would normally be able to afford. We figured it was definitely worth it for this trip! We are so excited we can hardly wait. I'm still packing and getting ready, but work will be hard for the next 2 days (I'm off Wed.) I hope you have a safe flight from Cali. I don't envy you the holiday travel, but am sure it will be well worth it.

Mhoney, as soon as you get on board go to see the Maitre de'. I think it is on deck 2 in the theater, but just ask staff and they will tell you where to go. Go immediately, because you won't be the only ones doing this. Then you can plead your case for early seating. We were on the wait list, and our TA advised that we do this when we went, and we were changed right away.
