Lost and found experience

After getting home from our Antarctic cruise I realized I had left some personal items in the drawer below the TV. They included some Gopro accessories, Bose earbuds, and some lesser items. We immediately emailed Jo with guest services on board where we thought the items were in cabin 745. Lo and behold she emailed back that they had found them and would forward them to us. Today they arrived via DHL sent from Montivideo, Uruguay which was the first mainland stop. This is the first time in 22 cruises that anything I have left behind was ever found or most of all returned. I am impressed and can only say thanks to Seabourn and the folks that sailed after us in 745. I consider that great service!
