Specialty Dining Sushi

we are sailing on the Gem soon, and have the 6 dinner package. we'd like to do sushi one night; will our package cover it? i ask because it's a la carte, so i assumed it would not be covered, but then i just found that another restaurant i know is included is also a la carte, so now i'm confused. i hope it's covered! that would be handy.

From memory, Sushi is covered but there is an additional fixed charge.
