harbormaster Posted April 1, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 1, 2017 It now has been two months since our Midnatsol Antarctic cruise Feb 3. On the last day of the cruise, a group photo of the passengers was taken. We also were told we would be receiving a survey via email to obtain our feedback on the cruise, as well as a link to a blog on the cruise written by the expedition team. To date, we have received absolutely nothing and neither has our travel agent. We have called Hurtigruten Customer Service twice and both times have been promised that they would get back to us with the infomation. We have heard nothing. It is as if we got off the ship and were forgotten. Not good customer service, nor conducive to us booking another cruise with Hurtigruten. Has anyone else experienced this or do you know how to obtain our survey and photograph? Thanks.
digitl Posted April 5, 2017 #2 Share Posted April 5, 2017 On our most recent Antarctic trip on Fram we received our follow-up data by email a few days after we returned home. If Customer Services don't help (and Hurtigruten's land-side operation is nowhere near as efficient as their on-board operations) then try their Facebook pages. harbormaster Posted April 7, 2017 Author #3 Share Posted April 7, 2017 Thank you. Also tried the Facebook page to no avail. Luckily people we met on the cruise emailed us and provided the link to everything but the surveys. The link is great and Hurtigruten did a good job with all the information, but THEY never gave it to us. Their Customer Service after cruise left us standing on the curb. Thank goodness for friends. We just feel badly that we cannot give positive credit to staff who was wonderful as we did not get the survey.
