Hi Guys, can anybody tell me how this offer works, because when I try to make a family booking, I get charged full price for the granddaughters.

Hmmm, make sure the dates you're picking include that promo. Promos are color coded online. It's easy to overlook the code and pick the wrong dates

It's not every sailing, only "select" sailings. But, when you can get it, it adds up!

Keep in mind also, that even with sail free, the booking page still shows the cost per person as the same for all four people. If you look at cruise summary (usually top left on the page) you'll see a breakdown of the actual costs by person.

in my experience, each member of the 'third and fourth person" are charged taxes around 200 dollars pp, just so you know its not totally free
