Roll Calls - New CC feature for "Events" - Experience with?

Has anyone had experience with the new feature in Roll Calls for Events? It looks pretty simple to create an event but can you go back in and edit once you post?

 

I was thinking that it would be a good way for people to add their names to the Roll Call list under "Onboard Activities" and also for ones who set up private excursions to list their tour descriptions and openings.

I have tried to add the Meet & Greet but it does not have a save feature and does not show up. Any suggestions?
