Doc Dance - Foxtrot or Slow Tango?

I booked four cabins for the nine of us (no TA). Last Thursday, I received the docs for one of the four cabins in the mail. Friday, Saturday, Monday, today - NADA! Is this usual that one would get the docs spread out over this long a period? When we got the first on Thursday, I figured the rest would come Friday and, if not, for sure Ssturday. Experiences?
