Please check your airline if you are arriving in the next few days. Passengers leaving had to find alternative place to stay overnight as their departure was pushed to the next day. Don't be surprised if your flight is either delayed, cancelled or leaving earlier. Leaving many tourists stranded for a few hours to a few days (missed connection), the agreement was signed tonight.
