potchak Posted May 19, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 19, 2017 Is it too early to start requesting menus from the Star Princess for their north bound Alaska cruises? Do they have any specialty food nights for Alaska? Is their surf and turf night crab instead? What are some of the specialty entrees for Club Class dining? Thanks! Nimbusteach Posted May 21, 2017 #2 Share Posted May 21, 2017 Would love to see menus as well! We leave in a few days on the Island.
partybarbie Posted May 21, 2017 #3 Share Posted May 21, 2017 I'm just back from the 10-day Alaska on the Grand Princess. The menu's are basically the same, with some dishes replaced by the Alaskan specialty ones. The dishes that we tried were the Alaskan Halibut, the Alaskan seafood chowder, the crab cakes, and the crab legs (which are served as an entree on the same night as the surf and turf). We asked for both entrees and were able to get them. On the always available menu, the salmon has a maple glaze, which we did not like. Enjoy your cruise.
