Anyone been? What's the best Airlines to use?

By any chance do you mean Norwegian cruise line? The Jewel? I'm asking because there are no cruises on the Jewel of the Seas out of Barcelona.

There are a couple of 12-night Jewel cruises out of Rome that Royal calls "Mediterranean Barcelona Cruise" , maybe because they stay overnight in Barcelona. Confusing, as usual.

Ok- I see the Jewel of the Seas is sailing out of Rome and doing some 12 night cruises with overnights in Barcelona. It's still fall though- not winter. Winter through me because the Jewel of the Seas leaves Europe on Nov. 7, 2017 and Nov. 5, 2018. Anyway, I don't know where the OP is flying from, so hard to advise on the airfare. I've had good experiences on British Airways and Aerlingus for transatlantic flights. But there are lots of others. Wow airline and Condor airlines offer good deals.

International flights are somewhat cheaper when using RCI air program. When we did the TA we cooked airfare thru the cruiseline.
