Tongass trading store and hematite jewelry

I was looking online at this store and noticed all this hematite jewelry for cheap..is it decent jewelry or will it break easily or turn my skin green. My daughter loves jewelry(she is 8) and I can see her buying up the store. But if it's garbage I may just let her get a piece or 2
