We have stayed in mini's on Emerald deck many times in many locations including 724 as well the aft cabins on either side of the ship over Club Fusion and never heard any noise.

These cabins are the best! There are only 18 of them on the Sapphire and they go fast!

If you book one better mark it "no upgrade"!

We were in E712 and did not hear any noise at all.

Those covered balconies are the best!

Have cruised in many aft Emerald deck minis on several ships including Sapphire Princess and never been bothered by noise from Club Fusion or Vista Lounge, as it is called on Grand, Golden, and Star Princess.
