Hot tubs in the solarium on the Harmony

I sailed recently on both the Oasis and the Allure. We spent a lot of time in the solarium. We enjoyed the hot tubs on both. I understand the solarium on Harmony does not have a pool but how are the hot tubs in this area? Very crowded? Hot or luke warm?

We were the only couple in one of the hot tubs on HOTS when we sailed in Dec. It was plenty hot. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the suite deck forward. Seldom anyone in it and few people using the suite sun deck, so no crowds like in the Solarium.
