Sea Dreaming Posted October 12, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 12, 2017 Has anyone stayed in Hilltop Cabana H3 on Barefoot beach? We have booked this Cabana but I am wondering if there are stairs directly to the water from the Cabana. Thanks in advance for any info you can provide. RFerrington Posted October 12, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 12, 2017 I have not stayed in a hilltop cabana but from observations, the hilltop cabanas do NOT have stairs down to the water. They have stairs down to the beach and then it's either a short or moderate walk to the water from there.
Seatravelers Posted October 12, 2017 #3 Share Posted October 12, 2017 We have stayed in hilltop cabanas and there are NO steps/stair directly down to the water. You use the stairway to the cabin from beach area and go to and from water there. Not a far walk and only slight inconvenience, fwiw.
rch3 Posted October 24, 2017 #4 Share Posted October 24, 2017 We were in H4 previously and next door, at H5, there was a ladder down to the water. This time we've reserved H3 (next week on OS) and it is a short walk with just a few stone steps back to the beach and entry to the ocean. The ladder at H5 was just that, rebar steps straight down (maybe they've made it a bit more user friendly since July 2016, but kinda tough on bare feet!)
