Chef's Table on Allure of the Seas

I have done the Chef's Table on Allure and Harmony in the past. We are booked on Allure in March and now I see that there are two time slots offered each night, a 6:00 and 8:30 seating.

Can anyone share their experience on Allure at the 6:00 seating? Are you rushed so that they can reset the table for the 8:30 seating? In my past experiences, the Chef's Table lasted longer than 2.5 hours.

We did the 8:30 setting and we're not finished until after 11. There was no rush, but if the settings are in the same location (not sure, to be honest), two hours seems rushed. Can you switch to the later seating?

We have never finished a Chef’s Table dinner in less than 3 hrs. Often, the group stay behind after dinner to chat and drink some more.
