First time driving to this port, Any advice or insights to offer? Departing on Reflection (Celebrity) on Dec 18, 2017. Only one other large ship in port that day should make things a bit easier. Will be entering the port on the north side (staying at Embassy Suites on 17th St Causeway).

It's been a few years since I entered Port Everglades using the entrance on 17th Street. Probably, there may have been changes, but I'm sure you will have little difficulty. There should be an electronic sign showing the name of your ship and which Pier the ship is docked. Likely, Celebrity Reflection will be at Pier 25; that is the most used Pier for Celebrity ships. Otherwise, the Pier will likely be Pier 18, the large pier that seems dedicated to the vessels that are owned by Royal Caribbean International. You will drive South on the port's street. You will come to Pier 18 first, follow the signs and enter the terminal area to drop off your luggage. If unsure where to park, the Porters will give you the directions you need.

If Reflection is at Pier 25, you will drive to a cross-street where traffic enters the Port from the West. Turn left, follow the street until you arrive at Pier 25. Drop-off your luggage and then proceed to the Mid-Port Parking Garage. There will be many Port Police to help direct you.

Watch out for truck traffic as you drive through the Port.

You may want to access the Port Everglades web site. There is an excellent map of the Port that may be of use to you.
