Booking a subsequent cruise (creating a B2B) while on board the first?

Has anyone been able to book a cruise for the subsequent cruise on the same ship (as in, going to Next Cruise as soon as they open and creating an impromptu B2B?)

 

I'm flying Southwest, so I"m sure I could just change my flight to one 5 nights later and go right back out (one laundry service, and I'm good to go again).

 

I may not have the search chops to figure out if this question has been addressed before - but I wasn't able to find anything on it. I apologize if I overlooked it.

You will have no problems in booking the next sailing when you are in guard unless it is sold out.
