Rebooking non refundable or wait.

We are sailing on the harmony in April 2019 so we have a while. We are staying on deck 9 in one of the central park interior views not balcony. Right now we have 75obc, today I looked and if we book non refundable it's $285 cheaper plus the one is 100. Should I jump on this or stay with my refundable rate and wait and see if that goes lower. I don't plan on canceling but there is that safety net if I need to. 285 is a good savings. Especially when we have to pay for everything in usd(flights,hotel) and we are Canadian.

Unfortunately, future price trends are unpredictable. If you deal with losing the deposit if you cancel, then go for the non-refundable fare.

Non refundable fares are still eligible for price drops so as long as you are sure your going on the cruise then take the lower rate.
