If my husband & I book a spa treatment, do we have full access to the thermal spa facilities before or after our treatment?

No, access to the thermal spa and spa treatments are completely separate things. On my last cruise I hoped to get a spa treatment and if possible, a day spa to the thermal spa. Unfortunately, they never sold day passes by themselves; just bundled with a body scrub treatment that I didn't want.

I'm not sure if it varies with each ship. I just sailed with the NCL Dawn 1 week ago & when we purchased a massage from the spa we were allowed access to the thermal suite area on the day of our scheduled massage (before and after).
