Hoonah - Alaska's Wildest Kitchen

We did this last year. I *think* the only way to book it is through the cruise line but I could be wrong. The classroom is in a very cool building built from locally milled wood. We sat at a large u-shaped counter. The last part of the time is spent outside at the wood fired grill cooking a piece of halibut and some salmon. We enjoyed our time. This is a great activity for someone who might be physically limited.
