Help -- Switching rooms

DW and I are sailing on the Fantasy Jan 8. My daughter (18, college freshman) is bringing her best friend along. We booked 2 cabins. Because of the 21/25 rule, my daughter and I are in 1 room, her friend and my wife are in another. Obviously we plan to switch.

 

My question is with the Sign & Sail cards. Not concerned with the charging piece since I will be paying both bills anyway. But getting on and off the ship (the picture piece) will be a problem.

 

Will Carnival accomodate the switch? When we check in can I ask them to simply make the change or do we have to switch the cards ourselves (room keys.)

 

Any help?

Just go to the pursers desk as soon as you get on board & they will put the girls in one room & you & your wife in your own room. They will just ask that you will be responsible for the girls.
