Arrival times in Baltimore

Does anyone know how strict Carnival is with arrival times at the port. Thanks for any info you might have.

You can check in any time AFTER your assigned time but not before. You might get in 15 minutes early but I doubt if you can much more than that. Change your check in time if you need to. The ship is busy with passengers getting off and cannot accept new passengers in to process, until they have emptied the ship. There will be no place to park as you cannot even enter the parking area until people start exiting the ship. There simply is not room to have an overlap.
