RCCL Explorer: Which Dock & Car Rental Advice in Juneau

We will be in Juneau on Sunday 5/20. I'd like to rent a car to go out to Mendenhall and various other sites. I'm trying to determine which dock Explorer will use, hopefully it's not a tender port, and the best rental car agency to use for a 7-8hr rental? Anyone have any experience or tips?

According to the schedule, Explorer is supposed to be at the AJ dock on 5/20:

Of course, that's not set in stone. In watching the ships this past summer on the webcam, there were a few changes.

 

AJ dock is closest to the rental car agencies, so that's good!

We're on that same cruise and booked with Juneau Car Rental. It's supposed to be near the AJ dock. Here's the map they sent me,

We've rented from Juneau Car Rental multiple times and have always been pleased with the cars and price! The people working there are really nice and helpful, too.
