AOS Promenade Room

Recommended Posts

We are considering a cruise in Sept on Adventure of the Seas. Have never been on this class of ship before. What are the Promenade view rooms like, especially the noise level. What decks would be best for this type of room?

I have been in a Promenade room 2x now on a sister ship. We are actually in one again on our upcoming sailing on Adventure here in May. I enjoy people watching from the windows, gives me something to look at and makes the room feel a bit bigger vs an interior room without any windows or anything (the promenade rooms are a tiny bigger). The noise(music) usually ends around 11/11:30 every night. We typically go to sleep later than that on a cruise(unless we have the kiddos) so it doesn't bother us. If we decided to go to be earlier than that it would be because we are exhausted and the noise wouldn't bother us anyways!

Many say that deck 7 is a good compromise between being too far from the activities on deck 5 and being too close to see very far down the Royal Promenade.

Just off the Liberty of the Seas. We had a promenade room on deck 7 and loved it. We heard more noise from the room next door than from the promenade below. I would book another one in a second.

Spent more time looking out over the promenade than i usually do out on my balcony.
