What am I not being charged if I take this perk? I thought it was 16.99 per person per day plus the GET of 4.275%, which is 124.01 for the week. If the perk covers 2 people, isn't that a savings of $248.01 and not the $189 referenced on NCL's website? What am I missing?

The $189 hasn't been updated since the last gratuity increase, and assumes a non-suite room.

Current gratuities are $16.99 per person per day for a suite or $13.99 for non-suites. It used to be $13.50 (before April, 2017). $13.50*7*2 = $189
