Princess Website problem?

I have been trying to print our luggage tags and boarding passes this morning - they will not print and I keep getting an internal error message. I printed my travel summary last week with no issues.

Do they display at all? Can you save them to desktop and then print them offline?

 

Whenever I get any kind of error message I just exit the personalizer (to the Princess home page) and reclick on 'Manage my booking now' and then everything works fine.

We are having the same problem. Finally had to email the forms to ourselves, then printed from there.

 

 

 

Oh good ... I thought it was my computer. [emoji846] I’ll try that and see if it works. Thank you for the info!
