Sailing the Grand with teens?

We're considering sailing on the Grand next year and were wondering how the teen facilities are? We have a 16 y/o daughter and 17 y/o son.

 

Would also love to know if there's an arcade on board and how big it is.

I just got off the Grand Princess 12-24-05 (Western Caribbean out of Galveston) and if you haven't purchased your tickets yet i would suggest you read some of the reviews on CruiseCritic. I haven't posted mine yet, but it was similar to many others, AWFUL !!!! In fact, the Grand is arriving over 2 hours late today to port becuase 2 generators are down.

 

However, regarding teen facilites, all the Grand Class ships on Princess have a teen nightclub, it's pretty big. If you are looking at a Caribbean itinerary, you may look at the Caribbean Princess which is much larger.

If they have changed the people in charge of the teen group on the Grand you might do ok. A couple of years ago there was an older lady in charge who was just terrible with my kids. Bad attitude and nasty. Also, there were activities that they would show up for and no staff would show up. Good luck!
