michymouse87 Posted May 9, 2018 #1 Share Posted May 9, 2018 hello! hubby and I are honeymooning on Celebrity Solstice June 2018. The last cruise we booked we were able to book our show entertainments in the cruise planner. Cannot seem to figure out how to do that for Solstice. Can anyone provide insight on whether you pre book for entertainment? Also, what are people wearing around the ship? For even diners and attending the night time bar scene? Lastly 2 formal nights on this cruise? Lastly- we are looking at booking excursions. Has anyone waited to book while on the ship and gotten a discounted rate? thanks everyone! Clarea Posted May 9, 2018 #2 Share Posted May 9, 2018 You may reach more cruisers with direct experience if you also post this on the Celebrity forum: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=
cruzeluver Posted May 9, 2018 #3 Share Posted May 9, 2018 Pre-booking entertainment is not an option on Celebrity. We have never had a problem getting a seat, even arriving only a few minutes early. We have booked excursions once on board but no discount is given. Same price as booking in advance.
BDRebel Posted May 9, 2018 #4 Share Posted May 9, 2018 The going dress code seemed to be country club casual during the evenings. Coat and tie (for men) would not be out of place at the formal dinners -- neither would slacks and a polo.
