Dubrovnik Hotel Advice?

We're trying to decide between the following properties:

• Prijeko Palace
  
• Rooms Vicelic
  
• Villa Four Winds
  

All three are centrally located and get great reviews. Does anyone know which will be easier to access (e.g., fewer steps)? We don't generally mind lots of steps but we'll be traveling for over a month so we'll each have one large suitcase and one carry-on. (We've been to Dubrovnik twice before but only as cruise ship daytrippers so we've never had to worry about luggage before.)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Of the three choices, Prijeko Palace has the least steps to reach the entrance. The other two will require many steps, both up and down, and be prepared there are no hand rails.
