Snuba recommendation

I highly recommend Frank from VI Snuba. It was a wonderful excursion! You book it through Coral World. It was $59 a person and you got free entrance to the marine park which was $18 a person if you had to pay for it. We had a lot of personal attention, he spent a lot of time in the shallow water until we felt comfortable and then took us to 20ft deeo where we saw tons of fish and coral. It was one of the best excursions yet! Also our aunt was on the beach watching and she said the ships tour was in and out of the water much faster than us. Then after you are done you get to relax on Coki beach since you are right there. He even takes a lot of pictures which he puts on his website.

his website is http://www.visnuba.com if anyone is interested.

Thanks for the recommendation. Anyone else have feedback on this outfit?

We did this at St. Thomas in 03, and we've rebooked for St. John next month. They are a great outfit, extremely nice and well put together program. VERY COOL. Can't help you on the difference yet.

We tend to recommend a SCUBA discovery dive instead of SNUBA. But if you don't want to SCUBA, this sounds interesting and looks really cool!

B.O.B. Underwater Adventure

BOB, the Breathing Observation Bubble, is the most exciting way to enjoy the marvels of the aquatic world with your own underwater motor scooter — and no diving experience is necessary.

WHAT YOU VISIT

Board a 60-foot custom-built vessel for a scenic cruise out to the BOB site. The adventure begins as you get on your personal BOB unit and experience a guided tour in small groups by professionally certified dive masters. The Breathing Observation Bubble is designed so that your head remains dry and you breathe normally as you ride below the surface. Complimentary snorkeling equipment including snorkel vest, refreshments, and snacks are included.
