Rollexx Posted June 27, 2018 #1 Share Posted June 27, 2018 On previous cruises we have always booked excursions while onboard. We are going on a Mexican Cruise next year with our Son and his family. We booked separately. We are looking to book some excursions together online. How do we make sure we get in the same group? Also do you pay at time of booking or is it added to your onboard bill? Thanks
moki'smommy Posted June 27, 2018 #2 Share Posted June 27, 2018 You pay at the time of booking the excursion. On other cruise lines, if your reservations are "linked," you'll be placed together. I've never needed to do this on Princess.

Thanks When you go to the meeting place for your excursion, just make sure your family goes together and they'll put you in the same group. Yes, you do have to pay for them in advance now, but if you have any onboard credit they'll take the price out of the credit.
caribill Posted June 27, 2018 #4 Share Posted June 27, 2018 If an excursion you want is offered at different times, then you will need to coordinate to pick the time you would all like. If, when it is time to take the excursions, there may be multiple buses/groups, arrive at the check-in for the tour together to be sure you are with the same bus/group.
