Because when I searched I couldn't find any answers to when these go on sale (Harvest Caye)...

 

These just went on sale for our sailing at the T-minus 165 day mark... So hovering around NCL.com in this timeframe may be useful. I am informed by NCL that they become available by phone and internet at the same time.
