Upgrade bids not appearing on cruise planner?

I’m new to NCL and the upgrade system, and have a quick question:

 

We placed upgrade bids today, but it can’t see any record on them on our main cruise planning pages. Where should I look?

 

I can follow the link they sent in my email, but shouldn’t there be an easier way to monitor/modify bids?

go back into the bidding system using the link you were provided or link off your MyNCL home page. No record in your cruise record because it is not handled in that system.,
