Is the 90 day rule back for shareholder benefit?

I see nothing wrong with having a 3 month or less timeframe to submit.

When you did not have to pay for pre-booked excursions until the end of a cruise, you could use OBC (including Shareholder's OBC) to help pay for the excursions.

Now that you often have to reserve a popular excursion (and pay for it) months before final payment for a cruise is due, being able to get the shareholder's OBC approved much earlier than 3 months before the cruise allows you to use the OBC as before, to help pay for excursions.

Did I misunderstand you or are you suggesting we can use SOBC on other Carnival cruise lines to include HAL to pre-book excursions and other amenities prior to embarkation? That would be great news if it was true!! However, we have yet to hear that new perk being offered by HAL yet?

Princess only allows OBC to be used pre-cruise to book excursions. It cannot be used pre-cruise to pay for other items such as a specialty restaurant, beverage package, etc.
